• Core System Development:
  Responsible for the architectural design and core code development of the exchange's affiliate (agent) system.
• Clearing & Settlement Logic:
  Lead the research and development of the commission clearing and settlement engine; handle fund flows from trade streams to commission accounts, ensuring zero-error calculations under high-concurrency conditions.
• High-Performance Message Processing:
  Utilize Pulsar or Kafka to process massive trading order streams; design efficient asynchronous clearing and reconciliation mechanisms to guarantee real-time performance and data consistency for commissions.
• Data Consistency & Optimization:
  Resolve data consistency issues in distributed environments and optimize database transactions to prevent concurrent fund conflicts; monitor system performance, optimize API response speeds within the Gin framework, and maintain technical documentation.

• Education & Experience
  :
  Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; 3+ years of Golang development experience, with deep mastery of Go core features (go routines, channels, GC, etc.).
• Technical Stack
  :
  Proficient in mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM) and microservices architecture; deep understanding of message queues (Pulsar, Kafka) and their application scenarios; expert in relational database design (MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL), index optimization, and SQL tuning.
• Infrastructure & Standards

  DB), Web Socket, RESTful API design, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); strong coding standards, familiarity with design patterns, and excellent code refactoring skills.
