We are looking for a seasoned Web Developer with 10+ years of professional experience to lead the development and maintenance of our web applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices across all projects.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and trends, recommending improvements to existing systems.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and debug complex web applications.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong backend development skills in languages such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB) and API integrations. - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines.
