Overview

Lead the design and development of mission-critical fintech and banking applications, ensuring compliance with best engineering and security practices.

• Define, implement, and enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines across all engineering teams.
• Optimize system performance, including memory management, garbage collection, and infrastructure resource utilization.
• Highly skilled programmer with secure coding practices and collaborate closely with Dev Ops teams to maintain highly available and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect applications for containerized environments using Docker and manage orchestrated deployments with Kubernetes

• Oversee code reviews, version control, and release processes to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and career development guidance to development teams.

• 15+ years of hands-on software development experience, primarily in Java and Spring Boot

• 8+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong experience building financial systems

• Expertise in messaging queues and event-driven architectures for real-time transaction processing.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and source control tools including Git and Bitbucket
