We're growing the engineering team and hiring for:

You'll work on the systems that everything else runs on — APIs, databases, infrastructure, scaling. If a service goes down at 2am, you're the one who knows why before anyone else notices.

We need someone who's worked with multiple databases in production, designed microservices that actually had to handle load, and can talk about query optimization without reading off a cheat sheet.

You'll build end-to-end — backend logic, data layer, frontend when needed. You're not a specialist hiding in one corner of the stack. You see a problem and you ship the fix, whatever layer it lives in.

We need someone who's comfortable going from schema design to API to UI in the same week, and who's done it before with real users on the other end.

You'll build what users see and interact with — cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter and web interfaces in React. You care about performance, smooth animations, and UI that feels right, not just looks right.

We need someone who's shipped Flutter apps to the stores and built React frontends that real people use daily. You know how to manage state cleanly, work with APIs, and handle the messy parts like offline mode, push notifications, and platform-specific quirks.

• Strong backend fundamentals: databases (SQL and No
  
  SQL), APIs, microservices
• Experience scaling systems — real traffic, real data, real uptime
• Python, Node.js, or Type Script on the backend
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, CI/CD
• You've built things from scratch, not just maintained them
• Bonus: AI/LLM integration, Flutter, React Native, React

• People who list 30 technologies but can't explain how any of them work under the hood
• Anyone who needs to be told what to build next
• Tutorial followers with a pretty Git Hub but nothing in production
