We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript, with a proven ability to build and maintain customized Salesforce applications. In addition, you should hold both Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator certifications to ensure a comprehensive understanding of both technical and administrative aspects of Salesforce.

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Design, implement, and manage complex workflows, processes, and automation on the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write and optimize efficient, reusable, and scalable code for Salesforce applications.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems and external APIs.
• Implement data validation, trigger‑based automation, and security measures within Salesforce applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Ensure that Salesforce applications adhere to best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin team to configure and deploy custom objects, fields, and reports.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce updates and best practices, continuously improving development skills and knowledge.

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
• Expertise in Salesforce integrations, RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration options, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
