Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your work will directly enhance user experiences, streamline business processes, and support strategic growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency.
• Partner with the Salesforce Administrator to ensure platform stability, provide user support, and address system issues.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold development best practices and ensure high-quality, secure code, with strong experience managing the Salesforce release management lifecycle, including code versioning and deployment best practices.
• Stay informed about Salesforce platform updates, emerging tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team.
• Support data migration and integration efforts, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems, with proven expertise in data manipulation to support reporting and dashboards. Experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build integrations with external applications and services.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience developing and delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and familiarity with third-party integration tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce’s declarative tools, including Flow Builder, Process Builder, and other automation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are a strong plus.

• Strong experience configuring Salesforce security models, with a focus on permissions, roles, and sharing settings.
• Hands-on experience with middleware and system integrations;
  Mule Soft experience is preferred

• Core understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with their application within the Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
