About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be working on building and scaling our core platform that powers loyalty solutions for businesses worldwide. This is an opportunity to work on challenging problems at scale and make a significant impact on millions of users.
Your Impact in Role- 1. Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Type Script
- 2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences
- 3. Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- 4. Mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering best practices
- 5. Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
- 6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- 7. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in React, Type Script, and Node.js
- Experience with Postgre
SQL or similar relational databases - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with React Native or mobile development
- Knowledge of payment systems or loyalty programs
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Contributions to open-source projects
