Senior Flutter Developer

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We are working with a leading bank in Dubai to appoint a Senior Flutter Lead / Architect
. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep, hands‑on Flutter expertise with the ability to define standards and unify architecture across multiple mobile applications.

This is not a purely managerial or theoretical architecture role. You will be expected to actively contribute in Flutter while setting technical direction across a complex, multi‑app ecosystem.

• Lead the architectural design of Flutter applications across multiple وائرس products
• Define and enforce shared standards, patterns, and best practices
• Unify architecture across existing and new Flutter applications
• Design and deliver white-label applications and reusable modules
• Drive consistency, scalability, and maintainability across environments
• Act as a hands‑on technical leader, contributing code alongside guiding teams

• Proven,
  hands‑on experience with Flutter at a senior level
• Experience operating as a Lead / Architect in complex, multi‑app environments
• Strong background designing shared architectures and reusable components
• Demonstrated experience delivering white‑label solutions or modular platforms
• Comfortable balancing architecture decisions with day‑to‑day Flutter development
• Candidates who have only led one or two standalone apps are unlikely to be a strong fit
• Pure architects without deep, practical Flutter experienceoust will not be suitable
