We've partnered with an AI scaleup with an indisputable future as an absolute global powerhouse in technology. Originally based in SF, they've recently won some huge contracts in the Middle East and are now scaling out a brand new office here in Dubai. 🇦🇪

It's safe to say that it feels like every company in the world is trying to bridge the gap between AI in theory and AI in practice. The scaleup we've partnered with closes this gap with world‑class engineering talent and fully customised end‑to‑end AI builds.

You'll be building and architecting generative AI projects for some of the top companies from across the world whilst having the ability to bounce between the projects that you find most challenging, interesting and engaging.

• Partnering with high‑caliber teams and companies across the full project lifestyle - from requirements gathering, to prototyping, system design, coding, testing and deployment.
• Shipping LLM applications across more companies/projects than the vast majority of engineers in the world.
• Shaping their wider engineering and office culture in DXB - you’ll help them create an environment that engineers love working in.

• 5+ years of experience within software engineering. More importantly, though, you'll have an absolute love for what you do.
• A strong proficiency with modern technologies across the entire stack. Crucially, they need a proper problem solver that can be versatile with their approach.
• A track record building and tinkering with LLM's - whether it's in your free time or your day‑to‑day, you'll have experimented with frameworks like Lang Chain, Langsmith, Llama Index and so on.
• A desire to talk directly to your customers: you care about what they need and can easily navigate customer conversations to ensure what you're building meets their needs (even if these change suddenly).
• Proven 0-1 experience - huge bonus points if you've been a Founding Engineer previously.
