We are looking to hire a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions for our client based in Dubai—one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

We are looking for a passionate Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, customization, and integrations. You should also have experience in Community Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Conga, Nintex, and web service integrations.

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud.
• Write, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and web services.
• Design and build Lightning Web Components for dynamic, user-friendly interfaces.
• Create and manage Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes.
• Implement workflow automation and document generation using Conga and Nintex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Customize UI using HTML and CSS for seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, data maps, and process models as per standards.
• Participate in peer code reviews, design discussions, and testing activities to ensure quality and scalability.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, best practices, and platform enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II is an advantage.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience in Community/Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, Conga, Nintex, HTML, CSS, and integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within 30 days of accepting the offer.
