This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning features end to end, working across modern front-end and back-end technologies, and contributing to scalable, high-performance platforms.  You will be involved throughout the full development lifecycle—from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

** What You’ll Do
**** End-to-End Feature Ownership
*** Design, build, and ship complete features across
** React/Type Script frontends
** and
** Node.js (Fastify) backends
*** Own the full lifecycle: design discussions, implementation, deployment, and production monitoring
* Build complex workflows, including:  + AI-powered content generation  + Advanced export pipelines  + Custom tool and builder solutions
* Improve partner integrations through better SDKs, APIs, and developer documentation
** Platform, Tooling & Developer Experience
*** Optimise monorepo performance and structure
* Improve CI/CD pipelines and reduce deployment friction
* Expand test coverage:  + Unit and integration tests (Jest / Vitest)  + End-to-end tests (Cypress)  + Visual regression testing
* Improve local development setup, debugging tools, and onboarding processes
** Technical Excellence & Collaboration
*** Design scalable systems and architectures:  + Database schemas and queries (Prisma)  + API contracts (Fastify / OpenAPI)  + Frontend state management
* Perform high-impact code reviews focused on quality and performance
* Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Investigate and resolve production issues---###
** What We’re Looking For
**** Required Skills & Experience
*** Strong experience building complex SPAs with
** modern React** (hooks, context, suspense)
* Proven experience designing and maintaining
** REST or Graph

QL APIs
*** Deep knowledge of
** Type Script**, leveraging types to reduce bugs
* Solid experience with
** database design and ORMs** (Prisma preferred)
* Strong testing mindset with hands-on experience in unit, integration, and E2E testing
* Systems-oriented thinking with attention to:  + Edge cases  + Failure modes  + Backward compatibility  + Long-term maintainability
* Excellent communication skills (clear PRs, documentation, proactive collaboration)
* Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively---###

*** Experience with

* Familiarity with
