Senior Mobile App Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile App Developer with expertise in both Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS), and strong Odoo ERP experience to lead the development of mobile applications integrated with our ERP ecosystem.

This role involves technical ownership, architecture decisions, and mentorship, while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions aligned with business goals.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications
• Architect and implement robust integrations with Odoo ERP, supporting complex business workflows
• Collaborate closely with product owners, backend engineers, and ERP teams
• Own mobile application architecture, performance optimization, and code quality standards
• Review code and mentor junior developers
• Drive best practices in mobile security, scalability, and maintainability
• Support release planning, deployments, and post-release monitoring
• Troubleshoot complex issues and lead root cause analysi
• Contribute to technical documentation and system design decisions

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development
• Advanced expertise in both Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS)
• Strong hands‑on experience integrating mobile applications with Odoo ERP
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs at scale
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and best practices
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring developers
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience with Odoo customizations, security, and access control models
• Knowledge of mobile automation testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud services and backend optimization
• Experience working in ERP‑driven or fast‑growing organizations
