Fullstack Developer; PHP

To leverage 5 to 8 years of senior-level technical expertise in driving the full software development lifecycle for high-performance, scalable web applications. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of solutions using PHP and related technologies, ensuring all development is executed precisely in-line with client specifications and business goals while delivering robust, innovative solutions that meet the highest technical standards.

• Design, implement, and govern RESTful APIs and microservices to support complex features and integrations.
• Serve as the technical expert to collaborate with cross-functional teams and define technical requirements and feasibility.
• Oversee and implement secure, optimized, and high-performance back-end solutions, driving architecture decisions.
• Establish and enforce clean coding standards, best practices, and high code quality across the team.
• Drive advanced testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and set quality gates for production readiness.
• Lead complex database design and optimization (e.g., MySQL), focusing on data modeling and query tuning.
• Proactively monitor application performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and lead system improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on coding, architecture, and best practices.
• Research new technologies and define the technical roadmap for system architecture and development tooling.

Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or a related field

5 to 8 years of experience in PHP Full Stack web application development, with a strong background in both back-end and front-end technologies.

• Back-end:
  Deep expertise in PHP and advanced proficiency with a major framework (e.g., Laravel or Symfony), along with expert-level design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
• Database Management:
  Expert-level skills in database design, performance optimization, and complex data modeling with MySQL.
• Version Control:
  Advanced proficiency in Git and experience with platform administration (Git Hub, Git Lab, or Bitbucket) including complex branching strategies.
• CI/CD & Dev Ops:
  Proven experience architecting and managing automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI) and extensive practice with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Performance & Architecture:
  Deep expertise in application performance optimization, advanced debugging, system scaling, and deployment best practices for high-traffic production environments.
