MEP Technician Strong Kitchen Equipment

We are seeking a skilled and proactive General Technician (MEP) with strong experience in commercial kitchen equipment
, refrigeration systems, and hospitality operations. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable working across MEP systems.

• Troubleshooting MEP-related issues across outlets and facilities
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
• Supporting day-to-day operations of restaurants, and dark kitchens
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP, EHS, and safety standards
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment
• Servicing freezers, chillers, ice machines, and refrigeration systems
• Performing preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Responding to emergency breakdowns and minimizing operational downtime

• Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting
• Strong experience in MEP systems in hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of commercial freezers, chillers, and ice machines
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems (cold rooms, deep freezers, under-counter chillers, etc.)
• Combi ovens, microwave ovens, and other general kitchen equipment

• Proven experience as a General Technician / MEP Technician in hospitality environments
• Valid manual driving license (mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
• Flexible and responsive to operational needs

Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month (depending on experience)
