We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AC Technician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an AC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various commercial and residential settings.

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Identify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, performing warranty services when necessary
• Conduct emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians
• Maintain accurate daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements
• Assist with customer queries and provide professional, customer-focused service
• Collaborate with team members to optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an AC technician
• Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing AC systems
• Strong understanding of advanced principles in air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Working knowledge of boiler systems
• Ability to balance air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to thrive in high-temperature and occasionally dusty work environments
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field

• Additional Language is an added advantage.
