Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split units, package units, ducted systems, VRF, etc.)
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Ensure proper refrigerant handling and gas charging
- Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls when required
- Technical problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of HVAC experience in UAE
- Diploma/ITI certification in HVAC or Mechanical field
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of electrical controls and HVAC components
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
