Secret Gardens LLC is looking fora Quantity Surveyor for our high end design-oriented landscaping & poolcompany to work alongside our experienced team of architects, engineers &construction professionals. • Creating technical and submission drawings for construction and authority submission.
• Assist in site surveys and creating damage report.
• Assist in requesting quotations, samples, proforma and taxinvoices to suppliers as directed by Procurement manager.
• Assist procurement team in forecasting, budgeting,controlling, procuring materials and subcons project wise or as directed by Procurement Manager.
• Coordination of on-going site deliveries to Project Managers.
• Assist Estimation Team in making quotations for new projects including variations for existing projects as directed by Senior Estimator.
• Perform duties as required by the team.
• Assist finance team in creating profitability report forall projects.

• Aminimum of three years’ experience in landscaping and pools.
• Comprehensive understanding of detailed drawings for both landscaping and pools is essential
• Understanding of Authority approvals and requirements
• Abilityto work to deadlines & under pressure
• Previous Middle East experience is essential
• Recent experience on luxury residential projects is highly desirable.
• Candidateswill need to be highly organized and have document control experience
• Driving License preferable
