We are seeking a qualified contractor to perform corrective actions for a water seepage problem in the common washroom. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of floor tiles and washbasins, waterproofing, and sealing joints.

• Remove existing washroom floor tiles.
• Apply approved liquid waterproofing to the entire washroom floor area and along the wall adjoining the Building Management Office, ensuring an adequate vertical upstand.
• Re‑fix new floor tiles with suitable adhesive and waterproof grouting.
• Carefully dismantle and remove the damaged washbasin counter marble.
• Supply and install a new pedestal‑type washbasin with proper plumbing connections.
• Seal all sanitary joints, pipe penetrations, and corners with waterproof silicone sealant.
• On the Building Management Office side, remove loose paint/plaster, apply anti‑damp treatment, and repaint after complete drying.

• Washroom area: 3 square metres.
• Project area: 3 square metres (including wall and floor).

All work must comply with local regulations and be completed according to the approved materials and techniques.
