Summary:

The Senior Workshop Mechanic will serve as the Workshop Leader
, overseeing daily workshop operations and supervising a team of 4 mechanics. This role ensures efficient maintenance and repair of Mercedes, Volvo, and MAN diesel trucks while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Lead and manage the workshop team of 4 mechanics
• Plan and supervise daily repair and maintenance activities
• Repair, overhaul, or replace diesel engines and transmissions
• Diagnose and repair engine electronics and faults
• Perform vehicle safety inspections
• Manage and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Run diagnostic tests and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate service records and daily fleet checklists
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workshop

• 5–10 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
• Strong experience with Mercedes, Volvo, and MAN trucks
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Indian, Arab, or Pakistani nationality preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills
