We are looking for a skilled and responsible Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of building facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs of facilities
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Maintain building systems and equipment in good working condition
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed

- Report major faults and recommend solutions
- Support general facility operations
- Experience and freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor technical issues
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and willing to work shifts
- Responsible, punctual, and detail‑oriented
