Position Overview

MODIFIX is a modern maintenance and renovations company in Dubai, dedicated to elevating property standards through smart, efficient, and high-quality technical services. We combine skilled expertise with a customer-first approach to deliver seamless solutions for homes and businesses.

• Perform minor carpentry (shelves, hinges, frame repairs).
• Handle small electrical tasks (bulb replacement, switch/socket replacement under supervision).
• Assist with basic plumbing tasks (leaks, fixture tightening, blockages).
• Assist with basic AC / HVAC tasks
• Carry out painting touch-ups, patchwork, and drywall repair.
• Install blinds, curtain rods, fixtures, and small fittings.
• Provide first-response maintenance to customer issues.

• Maintain tools and ensure proper usage.
• Complete service reports and job documentation.
• Support AC, electrical, and plumbing teams when needed.
• Manage small maintenance tasks independently.

• Follow general HSE safety practices.
• Multi-trade experience in UAE maintenance roles.
• Good repair skills across electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
