We are seeking a senior, highly accomplished Finishing & Furniture Carpenter – Works In-Charge / Supervisor to take full responsibility for all carpentry, joinery, and furniture installation works across large-scale, premium real estate development projects in Dubai.

• Lead and supervise all finishing carpentry, joinery, and furniture installation works on site
• Ensure execution meets high-end luxury standards
  , drawings, mock-ups, and approved samples
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities, manpower, and work sequencing
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors
• Conduct inspections to ensure snag-free delivery and timely handover
• Interpret shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications accurately
• Enforce quality, safety, and site discipline standards at all times
• Resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays and rework

• Minimum 8–12 years of UAE experience in finishing carpentry and furniture works
• Strong background in luxury villas, high-end residential towers, hotels, or premium commercial projects
• Expertise in custom joinery, wardrobes, kitchens, wall paneling, doors, and furniture installation
• Proven leadership experience as Works In-Charge / Supervisor
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and deliver under tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, materials, and quality benchmarks
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
