Supply & InstallationSupply and install new access control systems at:
- B1 Facility Management Office
- B1 Washroom Door
- B1 Pantry
- Reception side door leading to the Clubhouse
Works include readers (card/biometric as per existing standard), controllers, EM lock/electric strike, exit button, door contact, power supply with battery backup, and all required cabling & containment.
Control Panel ReplacementReplace all existing access control panels with new compatible control panels.
Software Upgrade & IntegrationProvide and install new compatible access control software.
Integrate all existing and new doors into the upgraded system.
Migrate existing database and configure user access levels as required.
Testing & HandoverComplete programming, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure system is fully operational without disruption.
Submit as-built drawings, warranty documents, and provide basic training to FM team.
