We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with expertise in fit-out projects to oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of our client's interior installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining interior fit-out elements, ensuring longevity and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of interior fit-out installations, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of interior components.
• Diagnose issues related to fit-out installations and perform necessary repairs promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure high standards of work and safety.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities, ensuring availability when needed.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including reports on equipment status, repairs performed, and preventive measures taken.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, specifically within the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
