DescriptionIIQAF is looking for a dedicated AC Technician to join our Housekeeping team in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and efficiency of our hospital's climate control systems, ensuring a comfortable environment for both patients and staff.
As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems within our healthcare facilities. Your expertise will be vital in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere, directly impacting the quality of care we deliver. Responsibilities- Install and maintain air conditioning units in the hospital
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on AC systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in cooling systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to address HVAC‑related issues
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced
- Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of air conditioning systems and components
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair AC units effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow within the healthcare industry
- Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of safety protocols in the workplace is preferred
