Inspects HVAC components, recommends, repairs, and executes preventive measures. Handles inventory, welding, brazing, and fabricating duct metal work with high precision. Conducts refrigeration cycle, identifies components, diagnoses problems, and oversees mechanical systems. Maintains Building Management Systems (BMS) and Air Valve Systems (AVS), adapting to air and water treatment protocols.
