Responsibilities
Perform maintenance repairs on various mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire/life safety, control systems. System malfunctions, equipment breakdowns, and other technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Required Candidate profileMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, spare parts inventory, often using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
