FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical installations.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare reports on equipment conditions and maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Operate and monitor BMS (Building Management Systems) and CMMS for work order management.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and procedures, including Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO).
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, spare parts inventory, and equipment logs.
• Support energy conservation initiatives and utility management.
• Perform minor civil and carpentry works as required.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and compliance documentation.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  Arabic is an advantage for GCC roles.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CMMS software).
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure in multicultural environments.
