Technician - Plumber

Reporting to: Manager – Technical and Production

Job purpose

As a Technician Plumber in the Container Conversion Division, your primary responsibility is to perform plumbing works in strict adherence to technical drawings and requirements. Your role is crucial in ensuring the timely and high‑quality completion of projects to meet customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Proficiently read and comprehend technical drawings, ensuring accurate execution of plumbing tasks.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Efficiently complete assigned tasks within allocated time frames, demonstrating strong time‑management skills.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, following their instructions and completing tasks as per the designated schedule.
• Promote material optimization and minimize wastage in line with sustainability goals.
• Uphold punctuality and maintain regular attendance to foster a reliable and professional work ethic.

• Timely Completion of Tasks: complete assigned plumbing tasks within the agreed schedule, ensuring adherence to quality and finish standards. (Weightage: 40%)

Education requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Background and experience

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing works, preferably within a construction or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in plumbing works with experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Proven ability to manage tasks under pressure while maintaining quality and safety standards.
