- Verify the quality and quantity of received products with designated personnel, by holding float cash and maintaining invoices, quotations and necessary documents
- Perform entry level purchasing work in assigned commodity classification
- Prepare and process purchasing documents
- 2nd Level of education.
- Speaks, reads and writes Arabic and/or English.
- Skill to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely.
- Skill to coordinate with other staff, departments, officials, agencies, and suppliers.
- Skill in the use of computer and related equipment in a stand-alone or local area network environment.
- Basic numerical skills.
- Health and robust who can lift and carry under 24 kg.
- Driving license.
