FCM is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Business Development Manager to join the team. This is an opportunity to become a sales professional within a globally recognized company and work with experienced professionals in the travel industry.

In this position you will manage an extended sales cycle through networking, tender submissions and client relationship building, resulting in new business development for the FCM brand.

As an experienced BDM, you will communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in organizations with a high degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying new business opportunities for the FCM brand.
  • Developing strategic plans and liaising with key stakeholders to create and close sales opportunities.
  • Achieving targets through lead generation, cold-calling, face-to-face appointments and networking.
  • Actively contributing to the growth strategy and wider business plan.
  • Staying ahead of market trends and industry developments to maintain competitive advantage.

About You

FCM Travel Solutions is seeking the best in the industry. You should be highly professional and strategically minded, with patience and persistence to work through lengthy sales cycles.

You will ideally have experience and proven ability in the following:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in Business Development within a corporate travel B2B environment.
  • Experience across the Middle East and Africa or GCC region is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the tender process and the ability to identify key decision makers within large organizations to foster successful business relationships.
  • Immaculate self-presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills when liaising with stakeholders.
  • Previous applicants to FCM within the last 24 months should not re-apply.
