Role DescriptionRiyadh Pharma is seeking a dedicated Key Account Specialist to join our team in the United Arab Emirates
. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key healthcare accounts across the UAE market.
The role involves driving sales performance, strengthening partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, and ensuring the effective promotion of Riyadh Pharma’s product portfolio. The Key Account Specialist will analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement account development plans to achieve revenue targets.
In addition to sales responsibilities, the role includes supporting market access initiatives
, particularly working with key stakeholders to facilitate the inclusion of Riyadh Pharma products within payer and key customers formularies across the UAE.
You'll regularly engage with healthcare decision-makers, key opinion leaders, and payer representatives to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
