We are seeking a Manager – Enterprise Sales to lead a high-impact team focused on acquiring, expanding, and retaining strategic enterprise customers across regulated and high-growth industries.
As Manager – Enterprise Sales You Will- Lead end-to-end sales execution for marquee enterprise accounts.
- Personally own and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals while coaching your team.
- Partner closely with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and AI Interaction Engineers to deliver value-led, agentic AI solutions.
This is a player–coach role for a sales leader who thrives in long-cycle enterprise engagements and high-touch customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Hit and Exceed Enterprise Sales Targets
- Deliver team and individual ARR and TCV quotas.
- Maintain precision in forecasting and pipeline health.
- Lead & Develop Enterprise Sales Team
- Manage and mentor 3–6 enterprise AEs.
- Run weekly strategy sessions, account reviews, and deal coaching.
- Drive Complex Enterprise Deals
- Navigate C-level relationships, procurement, and legal.
- Structure multi-year, value-based agreements to increase ACV.
- Build Land-and-Expand Strategies
- Establish account plans to expand usage across multiple BUs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success for renewal and expansion execution.
- Partner with Ecosystem Allies
- Co-sell with GSIs, hyperscalers, and industry ISVs.
- Drive pipeline through partner-led opportunities.
- Ensure AI-Driven Sales Execution
- Leverage AI agents for lead intelligence, competitor tracking, and ABM targeting.
- Implement data-driven outbound sequences and account-based campaigns.
- Consistently exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
- High win rates in competitive enterprise environments.
- Growth in ACV and expansion revenue from existing accounts.
- Strong partner-sourced contribution to enterprise pipeline.
- 7–10 years in B2B enterprise sales, with 2–4 years in a leadership or player–coach role.
- Proven success closing $500K–$5M+ TCV enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and value-based selling.
- Experience in account-based targeting and outbound-led growth.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, or high-complexity SaaS to regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC).
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies.
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms, multi-agent orchestration, or advanced analytics.
