Sales Coordinator – F&B Industry

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to support both local and export sales operations
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with clients, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

• Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices (PI), quotations, and sales orders for local and export clients.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and shipment updates.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and order tracking.
• Assist the sales team in export documentation and coordination with freight forwarders when required.
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Experience handling local and export sales coordination.
• Familiarity with Proforma Invoices, order processing, and export documentation.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively with clients and internal teams.
