Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to drive the online sales and digital marketplace presence of our FMCG portfolio in Dubai. The role will be responsible for managing relationships with e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, executing online promotions, and ensuring strong visibility and sales performance across digital channels. - Manage and grow the company’s presence across UAE e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
. - Drive online sales growth through effective platform management, promotions, and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with marketplace partners to ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility are optimized.
- Monitor sell‑through, stock availability, and replenishment planning with internal supply chain teams.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and platform analytics to recommend growth strategies.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions across online platforms.
- Ensure accurate product content, images, descriptions, and category placement on all marketplaces.
- Track competitive pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies within the FMCG category.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of online initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key marketplace account managers.
Experience working with quick commerce and e-commerce platforms such as Talabat Mart, Noon, Amazon UAE, Careem, Deliveroo, Kibsons, Instashop
, or similar marketplaces in the UAE will be highly preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Commerce within FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods
. - Mandatory experience in Dubai / UAE e-commerce ecosystem.
- Hands‑on experience managing quick commerce platforms and marketplace accounts.
- Strong understanding of online merchandising, digital promotions, and marketplace analytics
. - Experience working with cross‑functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain
. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
. - Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
