Responsibilities- Scout and connect with top partners like Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, trading groups, finance influencers, and distribution allies to grow the regional network.
- Use your client base and connections to spark and nurture fintech/trading partnership deals.
- Create a robust partner pipeline, engaging in local networks, events, and pro communities.
- Champion the brand in regional finance and startup scenes to build visibility and trust.
- Pitch partnership models and revenue shares, crafting win-win agreements.
- Transform relationships into scalable affiliate programs and enduring frameworks.
- Boost deposits and volume via partners, focusing on activation, engagement, and loyalty.
- Secure steady monthly trading volume through partner nurturing.
- Design multi-level affiliate/Sub-IB systems for sustained ecosystem expansion.
- Sync local strategies with global partnership goals.
- Lead regionally by coaching new leaders and sharing market intel for scaling.
- C1-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Track record in business development, partnerships, or revenue-focused commercial roles.
- Robust networking with an established roster of clients, investors, or partners.
- Proven ability to build and profit from relationship-based opportunities.
- Experience in market growth or partnership ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial drive, commercial savvy, and strategic mindset.
- Top negotiation, deal-making, and relationship skills.
- Polished communication for senior-level interactions.
- Basic fintech, investments, or trading knowledge a plus (not required).
