Coordinate daily sales operations and support the credit card sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Track and monitor sales performance, leads, and application status to ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Risk, Compliance, etc.) for smooth processing of credit card applications.
Ensure all submitted applications meet documentation and compliance requirements.
Handle incoming customer and sales queries and provide timely resolutions.
Support in planning and organizing sales campaigns, kiosk activities, and promotional events.
Maintain and update customer and sales databases accurately.
Coordinate onboarding, training, and scheduling of sales staff when required.
Follow up with sales executives to ensure pipeline conversion and productivity.
RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
.
Strong knowledge of credit card products, features, and application processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
