Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Food Service / Ho Re Ca Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the food service channel, with an established network within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the Ho Re Ca sector.

- Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies (Ho Re Ca ) across the UAE
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and accounts within the food service channel
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Present and promote company products to chefs, purchasing managers, and F&B teams
- Conduct product presentations, menu placement initiatives, and tastings when required
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing developments
- Maintain regular sales reporting and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and trade events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE Ho Re Ca / food service channel
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering companies in the UAE is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Previous experience selling food products or ingredients to hotels and restaurants
- Experience presenting products to chefs and kitchen teams
- Background in culinary arts or professional kitchen experience is considered a strong advantage
- Experience working with imported or specialty food brands
