As a rapidly growing brand, we are expanding internationally and building strong partnerships across global markets.

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager based in Dubai who will be responsible for developing the UAE market and building long‑term partnerships with local distributors and retail partners.

About

The Role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key relationships with partners across the United Arab Emirates.

As a Dubai-based resident, you will represent the company locally, work closely with distributors and retailers, adapt business activities to the regional market, and execute commercial strategies aligned with the company’s international expansion plans.

This role requires strong sales capabilities, independence, and the ability to build long‑term business partnerships in a highly dynamic market.

Responsibilities
  • Building and developing relationships with local distributors, retail partners and key accounts in the UAE
  • Maintaining strong field presence – client meetings, store visits, retail audits, negotiations and product consultations
  • Delivering annual sales targets and commercial goals set by the company headquarters
  • Monitoring partner sales performance and implementing optimization strategies
  • Supporting the execution of marketing, promotional and product launch campaigns in the UAE market
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, pricing and consumer behaviour
  • Coordinating closely with the company headquarters in Poland – reporting, online meetings and supporting business visits
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade fairs and conferences
Requirements Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE or GCC region
  • Proven track record in business development and key account management
  • Experience working with distributors and retail networks
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: business, marketing, international trade)
Skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Good understanding of the local business environment and cultural context in the UAE
  • High level of independence, proactivity and results orientation
  • Fluent English required;
    Arabic will be considered an advantage
Additional
  • Residence in Dubai is required
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • UAE driving license will be considered an advantage
