This is an outstanding opportunity where you will be playing a major role in the creation of a sales pipeline for SOTI. If you have a strong desire to work in technology sales in a fast-paced environment and you have an aptitude for learning new technologies, then after a year, upon your achievement of the assigned targets, this position offers an internal career path to join SOTI’s Global Sales Team as an Account Manager.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting across the Middle East region, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia, targeting CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure and Operations Executives within enterprise organizations.
- Aggressively penetrate new logo accounts through high-volume, high-quality cold calling, strategic email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and executive-level networking.
- Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise opportunities aligned to digital transformation, endpoint management, mobility, and IoT initiatives.
- Build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts to uncover active projects, budget cycles, and decision-making processes.
- Re-engage dormant and stalled enterprise opportunities to reactivate pipeline in strategic verticals (Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, Public Sector).
- Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached.
- Partner closely with SOTI Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities into structured sales cycles, ensuring strong handoff and deal acceleration.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene within Salesforce, ensuring all activities, qualification notes, and account intelligence are documented accurately.
- Consistently exceed quarterly new logo opportunity and meeting generation targets.
- Articulate the SOTI ONE Platform Solution, values and capabilities to prospects through phone and email communication.
- 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales development experience, preferably targeting enterprise or upper mid‑market organizations, previous experience in retail sales, customer service, inside sales, prospecting or equivalent.
- Pren track record of generating new logo opportunities through cold outreach and executive-level prospecting.
- Experience selling into Middle East markets, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
- Resilient, highly competitive mindset with a strong hunter mentality and comfort handling rejection.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic language.
- Self‑starter with high energy, strong discipline, and the ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with disciplined CRM usage and pipeline tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
