Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in the upholstery and furnishing industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned revenue targets within the UAE market.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hotels, interior fit-out companies, developers, and holiday homes
  .
• Promote and sell upholstery and furnishing solutions to potential clients.
• Achieve a minimum revenue target of AED 500,000+.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in upholstery, furnishing, or interior fit-out sales
  .
• Experience dealing with hotels, developers, interior fit-out companies, and holiday homes
  .
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  .
• Ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
