Business Development Manager – B2B Partnerships

Lux Renov8 provides design-led renovation and fit-out services, executing value-driven upgrades across villas, apartments, retail, and commercial spaces.
Both brands operate at the intersection of real estate, design, and asset enhancement, serving developers, brokers, holiday home operators, interior designers, and corporate property owners across the UAE.
We are scaling our B2B partnerships aggressively and require a commercially sharp, opportunity-driven Business Development Manager.
Role ObjectiveDrive revenue growth by identifying, structuring, and closing high-value B2B partnerships across the Dubai property ecosystem.
This is not a passive account management role.
This role requires a commercial hunter who can:- Identify overlooked opportunities
- Close and activate partnerships
The focus will be on:
- Brokerage networks (off-plan and secondary)
- Leasing departments
- Investor-focused agencies

Embed We Wrap & Lux Renov8 as preferred renovation and value-enhancement partners.
Objective:
Offer fast-turnaround upgrade packages that increase rental yield and occupancy.
- Turnkey design-build firms
- Retail and hospitality specialists
- Subcontractors lacking in-house wrapping capability
Objective:
Position We Wrap as a strategic execution partner for surface solutions.
Objective:
Establish subcontracting and cross-referral partnerships.
- Map and prioritize high-potential B2B accounts
- Build structured outreach strategies
- Identify revenue opportunities within partner portfolios
- Design partnership frameworks (referral, revenue-share, white-label, subcontracting)
- Lead negotiations and close agreements
- Align commercial terms with margin targets
- Convert partnerships into active project pipelines
- Track conversion rates and deal flow
- Drive repeat and recurring business
- Identify emerging property clusters and investor trends
- Align with operations and project teams
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new B2B clients
- Maintain quality control and brand positioning
- Has 5+ years of B2B sales or partnership experience in Dubai
- Understands the real estate, renovation, or construction ecosystem
- Has an existing network of brokers, holiday home operators, designers, or fit-out firms
- Thinks commercially, not transactionally
- Sees opportunities others miss
- Can speak both the language of brokers and contractors
- New B2B contracts signed per quarter
- Pipeline value generated
- Revenue attributed to B2B channel
- Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, French, German is a plus in Dubai)
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
