Sales Coordinator Responsibilities
- Exp in quotation, LC , invoice preparation and process , interaction with customers from backend, know the process of sales
- Candidate should have Logistics knowledge/ exp/ exposure also. 80% Sales Coordinator & 20% Logistics work.
- Finance Background
- Experience Customer outstanding collection
- Experience in customer Invoicing & revenue recognition
- Ensure sales orders are aligned with credit terms, Inco Terms, VAT rules, and revenue recognition principles
- Dealing with Sales & other functions
- Customer’s Letter of Credit documentation (LC), preparation & submission to bank
- Sales Coordinator preferably in Manufacturing/ Trading industry
