Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Key Account Executive to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and enterprise account management for commercial interior design and build projects. The role will focus on hands‑on business development execution – identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, building strong relationships with decision‑makers, and managing key accounts to closure. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial real estate leasing, corporate sales, or business development within IPCs, real estate firms, or allied industries.

It's a highly incentive‑driven role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and pipeline building for design & build opportunities.
  • Identify and prospect large enterprises for potential leads. Track lease expiries, relocation opportunities, and new office developments for potential leads. Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, and channel partnerships.
  • Client acquisition and account management for mid‑to‑large clients.
  • Nurture leads into active opportunities by engaging CXOs, real estate heads, and decision‑makers.
  • Act as the relationship owner for mid‑to‑large clients, ensuring trust and long‑term engagement.
  • Support proposal development, presentations, and contract closure in coordination with senior leadership.
  • Leverage broker networks, landlord connects, and IPC relationships to source consistent project leads.
  • Maintain a strong database of market contacts and update it regularly with new opportunities.
  • Work closely with external partners to stay plugged into early‑stage discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal design, strategy, and operations teams to align client needs with project deliverables.
  • Provide feedback from the market to refine offerings and strengthen go‑to‑market positioning.
Qualifications
  • Required Experience Level: Mid‑level (6‑10 years)
  • Experience in business development, leasing, or key account management within Coworking, Hospitality, IPCs, real estate, or corporate sales.
  • Candidates with experience in commercial leasing (dealer or builder), co‑working spaces with lead generation exposure, or PMC project management backgrounds are preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads in the commercial interiors / real estate space.
  • Established network of CXO‑level decision‑makers and broker/landlord ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong execution orientation — ability to independently drive client conversations and close deals.
