As a Sales Executive based in the UAE, you will be part of our dynamic team located in Dubai, driving strategic and project partnerships, initiating leads, and actively contributing to the future direction of our team. - Generate qualified leads and actively build a strong business pipeline to support revenue growth and strategic objectives.
- Support senior management in client meetings, negotiations, and closing activities.
- Represent the company across the UAE market, identifying new connections and business opportunities through industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
- Support the full BD lifecycle - from prospecting and prequalification to bid submissions, proposal coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system
- Introduce initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement, including supporting social media
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking
- Proven first professional experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated track record of generating leads and supporting revenue growth
- Experience working within the UAE market, with a strong understanding of its commercial landscape and project environment
- Exposure to real estate, construction and project management consulting is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential;
Arabic is plus - Valid UAE driving licence is required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and a proactive working style
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in generating leads and initiating client relationships
