TXM Solutions is growing, and we’re looking to connect with driven Lead Generators who know how to open doors and create real opportunities.
We’re a recruitment business focused on partnering with quality clients across the GCC and wider markets. We need proactive individuals who are confident in:
- Cold calling and outbound business development
- Planning and managing their own diary effectively
- Approaching decision-makers via Linked In and other channels
- Communicating confidently in English with stakeholders at all levels
You’ll thrive in this role if you’ve worked in a targeted sales environment and can demonstrate hitting (or exceeding) your KPIs. Experience selling into the GCC region would be a strong advantage.
This is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, commercially aware, and enjoys creating opportunities that convert into long-term partnerships.
