Business Development Executive / Manager – Freight Forwarding

We are a leading logistics and freight forwarding company headquartered in Dubai, with a strong presence across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa. The company provides end-to-end solutions including ocean freight, air freight, warehousing, customs clearance, transportation, and project logistics.

  5–8 years in freight forwarding sales
• Age:
  Below 40

  3–4 years in freight forwarding sales
• Age:
  Below 40

• Generate new freight forwarding business (Sea & Air Freight – Export, Import & Cross Trade).
• Promote FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Breakbulk/ODC, Warehousing, Customs Clearance & Transportation services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Retain and grow existing accounts while acquiring new customers.
• Ensure timely rate renewals, follow-ups for repeat business, and payment collection.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and Gross Profit (GP) objectives.

• Experience in freight sales (Sea Freight and/or Air Freight).
• Must have worked with a freight forwarding company.
• Existing customer database in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of freight industry services and logistics operations.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
