Our client is a fast-growing B2B platform supporting organizations with scalable employee-facing programs and services across global markets.
We are looking for a UAE-based Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition across Mid & Enterprise Market in the GCC. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, partner leads, and market engagement
- Run discovery meetings with key decision makers (HR, People, Rewards, Wellbeing & leadership) and identify customer needs
- Position the solution with a consultative approach and communicate value clearly
- Prepare proposals and commercial offers aligned with customer needs and internal strategy
- Negotiate terms and close new business, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding teams
- Maintain a structured sales process with strong CRM hygiene (pipeline stages, next steps, forecasting)
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to improve conversion rates and customer handover quality
- Track market insights and competitor trends to improve messaging and win rate
- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer on larger opportunities when required
- Consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly new sales targets
- Strong outbound activity leading to qualified meetings and a healthy pipeline
- High conversion rate across the funnel (meeting → proposal → close)
- Fast and smooth handover to onboarding without losing momentum
- Becoming a trusted partner to customers through smart, value-based selling
- 8-10 years of B2B sales experience
, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled solutions - Proven success selling into Mid-Market & Enterprise segments
- Strong prospecting skills: outbound reach, follow-ups, and pipeline generation
- Confidence in leading discovery calls, handling objections, and negotiating
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive deals forward
- Structured, KPI-driven way of working (CRM discipline, forecasting, reporting)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership
- Based in UAE and able to cover GCC markets
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (Arabic knowledge is a huge plus)
- Nice-to-Have / Plus
- Experience selling into HR / People / Employee Services functions
- Exposure to EAP-related ecosystems or partner networks
- Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM tools
- Regional sales experience across GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)
- Start-up / scale-up experience and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- High-impact sales role with ownership of Mid & Enterprise growth in GCC
