We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Team Leader, Global Inside Sales – EMEA & LATAM to lead and elevate our Student Recruitment Advisor (SRA) team. Based in Dubai, this role is critical in driving enrolment growth across the EMEA region while building a high-performance, results-focused sales culture.

About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading, coaching and driving performance of the SRA team to achieve enrolment and revenue targets. You will provide operational leadership, oversee pipeline health, ensure CRM compliance, and collaborate cross‑functionally to optimise conversion performance and student experience.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen who can translate global sales strategy into regional success.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Performance
- Drive enrolment and revenue targets across the EMEA & LATAM region
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates and performance metrics
- Implement regional sales action plans aligned to global strategy
- Conduct performance reviews and drive accountability
Coaching & Team Development
- Recruit, onboard and develop high‑performing SRAs
- Deliver structured coaching, 1:1s and sales training
- Strengthen objection handling, negotiation and closing capabilities
- Manage performance improvement plans where required
Pipeline & Operational Excellence
- Ensure strict CRM and lead management compliance
- Maintain data integrity and SLA adherence
- Analyse sales reporting to identify risks and growth opportunities
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Digital Marketing & Insights to optimise lead quality
- Work closely with Admissions to streamline enrolment processes
- Align with regional and global sales teams for market coverage
Student Experience & Compliance
- Promote a customer‑centric, culturally sensitive sales approach
- Ensure accurate enrolment guidance and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience leading high‑performing sales teams in KPI‑driven environments
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced CRM and pipeline management expertise
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- High attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and visa processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in international education, inside sales or student recruitment preferred
