Relationship Manager

A driven and results-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to manage and expand the network of real estate agencies and brokers. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, consistently achieve KPIs, and maintain active engagement both internally and externally at project sites and broker offices.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and brokers.
• Conduct daily visits to broker offices and project sites.
• Achieve and consistently maintain assigned sales KPIs and targets.
• Generate, follow up, and convert leads through channel partners.
• Organize broker meetings, project briefings, and engagement activities.
• Actively look for sales opportunities such as roadshows, broker events, and promotional activities to drive business.
• Leverage social media platforms as marketing tools to promote projects, engage brokers, and generate leads.
• Present projects confidently using effective sales strategies and strong presentation skills.
• Analyze and communicate key selling points of projects to brokers and clients.

• Proven experience working with a real estate developer.
• Demonstrated closing ability with proven past sales records.
• Active on social media with an understanding of digital marketing practices.
• Strong presentation skills and strategic sales approach.
• Ability to identify and articulate key project selling points.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
• Valid Driving License; own vehicle preferred.
• Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel frequently.
